The Sparrow’s Nest is a local Christian ministry center for those in need located in Athens, Georgia. It is a place where people can find basic necessities such as food, shelter and running water. Individuals are welcome to volunteer their time and resources to better the lives of those who need it.
A huge part of the culture at Dalton Carpet One (DCO) is giving back to the community as much and as often as possible. This spring, the store was given the opportunity to volunteer its time during a renovation of the building. Several DCO staff members volunteered to help with the installation of a new floor for the ministry center.
