A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for GySgt. Travis Green's smart home in Canyon, TX.
GySgt. Travis Green enlisted in the Marines in 1999. Shortly before he was scheduled to return home, he was injured while under fire near Kajaki Dam. As a result of an IED detonation, Travis suffered the loss of both legs above the knee.
Travis will share his new smart home with his wife, Julie, are the their five wonderful children. Their new home will certainly help Travis gain independence and enable him to care for his family.
