Work on Cpt. Ben Harrow's smart home in Bethesda, MD is well underway, with a completion date scheduled for the summer of 2015.
Cpt. Ben Harrow, a leader of the Army's Green Beret soldiers, stepped on an IED on May 15, 2012 while he was deployed in Afghanistan leading an anti-terrorism mission for Operation Enduring Freedom. Ben lost both his legs above the knee, a large portion of flesh from his right forearm, and two fingers.
It is with great honor that our members donate the installation of flooring for Cpt. Harrow's smart home. Contract Carpet One in Beltsville, MD donated the installation of the tile in the home.
